No. Actually, the brand strategy should be developed prior to any design or visual elements. As the strategy contains key identity elements, such as the value proposition, values, personality, and mission, is always better to have the strategy before the visuals.

Of course, we can create the strategy from scratch, or work on started/running projects. We can even adapt the strategy to existing elements. (We will also provide you with suggestions if needed)
