Usually a few weeks. Once you make big changes to a campaign it goes back into a learning phase, this means Google's algorithm learns from the changes and finds out what it can do to perform best.
Do you make the changes?
Yes, but only after I've sent you a breakdown of my findings and the next steps. I won't make any changes until I've had the go ahead.
