1. Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send me a short description of the workflow you want to organize, who will use it, and any relevant screenshots or examples. I’ll confirm whether it fits this gig and recommend the right package.
2. Which package should I choose?
Packages include up to 2, 5, or 10 databases for one focused workflow. The right choice depends on both database count and complexity. Message me if you’re unsure, you don’t need to design the system yourself before contacting me.
3. What counts as a database?
A database is a unique collection of information, such as Tasks, Projects, or Clients. Different views of the same database, like a calendar, board, or filtered list, do not count as additional databases. I’ll build what your workflow needs, not add databases just to reach the package limit.
4. What do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need your desired outcome, a description of your current process, the information you want to track, and any useful examples. You’ll also need to provide access to the relevant Notion pages and review the build. Please share access through Notion permissions, not your password.
5. Can you customize my existing Notion setup?
Yes, if the changes fit one clearly defined workflow. Send screenshots or a walkthrough before ordering so I can assess the existing structure. Broad workspace cleanup, restructuring, or rebuilding multiple business areas requires a separate quote.
6. Does this include coaching or calls?
No coaching is included. This is a done-for-you build with a short usage guide and 7 days of light messaging support after delivery. Communication is primarily through Fiverr messages. Any clarification or handoff call must be agreed before ordering.
7. Are formulas, automations, and integrations included?
Basic relations, rollups, and simple formulas can be included when needed for the agreed workflow. Advanced formulas and native automations (buttons and database automations) must be discussed before ordering. External integrations, API work, and custom code are not included in the packages.
8. What does a revision include?
A revision is one consolidated round of adjustments to the agreed build, such as refining views, fields, or layout. New workflows, major changes to approved requirements, or databases beyond your package limit require an additional quote. Corrections to features that do not work as agreed do not use
9. Is data migration included?
No. Packages cover building the system, not importing or cleaning up existing records. If you need migration, send the source, approximate record count, and a sample before ordering. I’ll confirm whether I can include it as separately priced work.
10. Can you build my entire business operating system?
This gig covers focused workflows mostly around one or two operational areas, not a complete business operating system. If you need several operational areas connected, such as sales, delivery, finance, and team management as one connected system, message me to discuss a separately scoped project.
