Messy contact list? Send us your CSV and we'll return a clean copy you can trust.
We trim names (fixing case only when a name is all upper or all lower case), lowercase emails, format North American phones as NNN-NNN-NNNN, convert dates to ISO using the format you confirm, standardise Canadian provinces and territories, and remove duplicates. Bad values are blanked and flagged, never guessed. Cells that could run as spreadsheet formulas are made safe.

You get the cleaned file, a summary grouped by issue type, a change log, and the removed duplicates. Extra columns pass through unchanged.
Not included: account access, data enrichment or lookups, or non-Canadian address standardisation.
We're a small, new studio with no Fiverr reviews yet. We use AI tools to help, and a person reviews every delivery. Payment and messages stay on Fiverr.

What file types do you accept?
CSV. If your data is in Excel, please save it as CSV (CSV UTF-8 is fine).
Do you guess missing or wrong values?
No. Bad values are blanked and flagged, and the row is kept so you can fix it.
What happens to duplicates?
They're removed from the cleaned file and delivered to you in a separate file.
My columns have different names. Is that OK?
Yes. Before we start, we confirm with you which of your columns hold names, emails, phones, dates and provinces, and which hold numbers. Other columns pass through unchanged.
Which phone numbers and addresses do you handle?
North American phone numbers, and Canadian provinces and territories. Other countries' addresses aren't standardised.
Do you need access to my accounts?
No. Send the file through Fiverr. Never send passwords.
Do you use AI?
Yes, to help with the cleanup. A person reviews every delivery before it's sent.
How long does it take?
2 business days, with 1 revision round.
Why does it say 100 items?
Fiverr fixes that field at 100 and won't let us change it. Each package actually covers the rows listed in its description: up to 1,000 rows in 1 CSV file for Basic, or up to 5,000 rows in up to 3 CSV files for Standard.
