Are there errors in the text on the cover of this gig?

Yes.

Is it cringy?

Absolutely!

Want to make sure it doesn't happen to you?

I'm here to help!

I offer thorough, detail-oriented, 100% manual proofreading of fiction and non-fiction books. No AI here, just best professional offline spellcheck software and appropriate style guides. I won't alter your tone, plot, or message; I will only correct errors and make sure your manuscript is ready for the final steps in your publishing journey.

What I check:

• spelling, typos, missing/extra words;
• consistency (names, terms, formatting);
• invisible characters (tabs, spaces, Enter).

What you receive:

• a proofread DOCX file with Track Changes on (all my edits visible);
• a clean, final DOCX file with all the changes approved.

Who this is for:

• fiction authors (short stories, novellas, novels; genre fiction, literary fiction, upmarket fiction);
• non-fiction authors (memoirs, essays, self-help books);
• literary agents who need a final quality check;
• small presses and traditional publishing houses looking for a top-quality, affordable, and reliable outsourcing partner.
