FAQ
What file format do you need for the 3D model?
GLB or GLTF is ideal. I also accept OBJ and FBX. If you only have photos, message me first and we can discuss whether a photogrammetry or modelling workaround is possible.
Will the viewer work on mobile?
Yes. Controls are optimised for touch screens as well as mouse. It is tested on iOS Safari and Android Chrome before delivery.
How does delivery work?
I deliver a self-contained HTML or JS file and integration instructions. If you are on WordPress I can deliver a shortcode block instead.
Can I add more products later?
Yes. Additional products can be scoped as a separate order. The Showcase package includes up to three products from the start.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Revisions are included per package (1, 2, or 3). Anything outside scope is quoted separately.
