FAQ
Do you provide a PDF ready to print format on final delivery?
Yes on all the packages. Please share with me the printing guidelines provided from your supplier when sending the requirements, this will allow me to deliver a 100% ready to print PDF file. You could also share the product page link from the printing website and I will check these myself.
What do I have to provide you?
Please include all the contact details you need me to use on the design. If you wish to have a QR code, kindly share the link where the code needs to redirect. I will also need your company logo in .PNG (preferable .EPS/.SVG) format and any images you would like me to include.
Can I use photos taken from google or similar search engine?
No sorry. Photos taken from internet have copyrights and you might get fined if the owner finds them in any of your commercial use marketing material without his permission or paid licence. I do not rely to any copyright infringements for content you send.
What can be called a 'revision'?
Revisions include all small adjustments of a delivered design. E.g. replacing small part of text, replacing a picture, changing colours.. Creating a new design layout or adding a new big paragraph is not called 'revision' as design ideas and the content should be discussed before to start the order
What is the source file?
The source file is the native copy of the design. It's the file I create from scratch. This is usefully if you need to apply any changes in the future without the need of paying a designer to remake a new design, instead they can edit the source file.
Is the Source file included and in which format will be provided?
The source file is included on the PREMIUM package. If choosing any other packages it can be added from the EXTRAS list before to checkout. The source file format will be .AI (Adobe Illustrator).
