I will clean and combine your Excel or CSV files so you can use the data for reporting, CRM imports or further analysis.
I can standardize dates, text labels and numeric fields, remove duplicates using agreed rules, merge exports, and check IDs across related tables. Missing values and conflicting records will be flagged for review. I keep valid zero values and include a summary of changes.
You receive a cleaned Excel or CSV file. Standard and Premium also include an issue log with source references. Premium includes ID-based joins and record-count checks within the agreed scope.
Basic: 1 file, up to 100 rows and 15 columns.
Standard: up to 3 files, 1,000 total rows and 20 columns.
Premium: up to 5 files, 10,000 total rows and 25 columns.
Please send a sample and your cleanup rules before ordering if you need customer matching, complex joins or larger files. Revisions cover corrections to the agreed rules. New data or new rules may need a separate quote.

What do you need before starting?
Please provide your Excel or CSV files, a sample output if you have one, and rules for dates, duplicates, missing values and joins. Let me know which columns identify a record and which values must stay unchanged.
How do you handle duplicates and missing values?
I use the duplicate rule we agree on, such as an exact row match or a customer ID. Conflicting records go into review. Missing values stay blank unless you provide a rule for filling them. Valid zero values are preserved.
