I offer online violin lessons for students of all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced players.
I have been teaching violin since 2007 in leading music institutions in Greece, including the National Conservatory and Attiko Conservatory, as well as through private lessons online and in person.
Lessons focus on technique, sound production, musicality and repertoire, always adapted to the students needs and goals.

Do you have any degrees?
Yes of course! I have for violin, classical harmony as well as counterpoint. I have also attended seminars and masterclasses on violin and composition.
I'm not sure I like the violin, what should I do?

Do I need a violin and how much will it cost?
Obviously yes, you need one. Prices vary but you can get one for about 100 euros or less, which will be a good starting instrument. Contact me first and I can guide you if you need
Do you have any online lesson experience?
Due to the quarantine online lessons are pretty much mandatory but I have experience giving or receiving online lessons even before that, mostly from students moving to other cities
What application are we going to use?
That's your choice, Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, Zoom or any other can be an option

My 11 year old son really enjoyed the lesson with Mathew. He gave my son some fun techniques that made it more enjoyable for him to play faster, which he loves. Also, Mathew’s violin playing sounded amazing!
