About this Gig
The Conversation Practice session is a speaking session based on spontaneous topics and informal conversations.
"Why practice speaking?" you might ask. Speaking activates ALL linguistic elements of grammar, punctuation and vocabulary at the same time.
Speaking is also the fastest way to REVEAL the gap between what you think you know, and what you actually know!
In our sessions I will help you reformulate your sentences to make them sound more natural and ask you many questions relevant to the topic so that there is the chance of recycling vocabulary and keeping your mind on one topic.
We will look at any major grammatical errors and we will inevitably learn new words as they emerge naturally.
With my regular students we read blog articles, watch YouTube videos and movie clips, analyse song lyrics, poems and enjoy other authentic and really interesting material tailored to YOUR individual interests and needs.
With me you will feel relaxed and you won't be afraid to make mistakes.
I am a friendly, patient and kind teacher and I have lots of experience in knowing which kind of areas you need to improve on.
