If you have not registered for self assessment with HMRC before then each package includes assistance to complete the application.

Individuals resident in the UK are required to file a tax return if:

• If you are employed and earning £100k+ per year
• Are self employed and run your own business
• Earn rental income from property
• Receive interest and dividend income
• Receive income from your own Ltd company
• Receive income from overseas
• Receive a pension

UK non-resident individuals are still required to file a tax return for income earned in the UK and capital gains made on UK residential property.
