Can you work with non-US owners?

Do you close my EIN with the IRS?
The IRS doesn't "delete" EINs. The standard process is a closure letter sent to the IRS, which I prepare for you. For final tax returns, I recommend a licensed CPA.

How long does the state take to process my filing?
