What is a brand book or brand guidelines?
A brand book is a professional document that defines how your brand looks and sounds across every channel. It covers logo usage, colour palette, typography, tone of voice, layout rules, and application examples. Think of it as your brand's instruction manual – so everyone on your team stays consist
How does your process work?
Once you place your order, you will receive a short brief to share your brand, audience and references. I review and follow up if needed, then develop your brand guide with strategic positioning built in – not just colours and fonts. You review, we refine, and I deliver a polished brand book PDF.
Can you include my existing logo and colours?
Yes. Send your current logo, colour palette, or any style references. I will use them to build a consistent visual identity system around what you already have.
What if I do not have a logo yet?
Choose the Professional or Enterprise package and I will design custom logo concepts as part of the project. Once we finalise the logo direction, the full brand guidelines are built around it.
What format will I receive?
You will receive a professional PDF brand book, print and screen ready, designed to share with your team, designers, or partners. If you need editable source files (InDesign or Canva), let me know and I can include them as an add-on.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a refinement to submitted work – adjusting colours, typography, layouts, or wording. It does not mean a completely new direction from scratch. Every package includes revisions, and extra rounds are available as an add-on if needed.
Do you use templates or AI?
No templates. Every brand guide is custom-built from your brief, positioning, and visual references. AI may assist early research, but every deliverable is human-designed and strategically crafted. No generic outputs.
Can you also create a logo or brand name?
Yes. I offer dedicated gigs for minimalist logo design and strategic brand naming. Many clients start with naming, move to logo, and finish with full brand guidelines. Message me if you want a bundled approach.
Who owns the copyright?
You do. Once the order is marked as completed, full commercial rights transfer to you.
Is this guide suitable for agencies or teams?
Absolutely. It is designed to be shared with marketing teams, freelancers, agencies, or external partners to keep everything visually and tonally aligned across all channels.
