Do I need to pay for Commercial Rights?
No. The prices already reflect the Commercial use of eLearning. Not sure why other sellers charge extra for Commercial Rights on an eLearning gig. It's obviously for Commercial use and not Broadcast or personal use :)
Do I need to pay for Broadcast Rights?
This gig would not cover Broadcast Rights since it is for eLearning. If you want to Broadcast a voice over then that would fall under my standard voice over gig :)
