How does the booking process works?
Very smoothly ;) You will be guided through some important questions about you, your company, your current situation and your questions. You can give me also two dates where you are available. Really looking forward to hear from you!
Is the price in package "STANDARD" and "PREMIUM" a monthly fee?
You can simply book the gig every month or you can book the number of months for which I should do your bookkeeping. Just use the right amount in the booking process.
I'm not sure if you can help me with my financial problem or my bookkeeping...
Just shoot a message! We can always discuss the issue by chat, phone or video call. I always try to help in any way I can.
For which types of companies do you offer the service?
small businesses (Kleingewerbe, Einzelunternehmen, Freiberufler), freelancer, corporations (GmbH, UG), nonprofit organizations (Vereine) up to 500 members
Do you do bookkeeping for Amazon FBA, ebay Shops, Dropshipping etc.?
Sorry, unfortunately my service doesn't suit this kind of business.
Do you help to solve tax problems with the German tax office (Finanzamt)?
Since I'm no certified tax consultant I'm not allowed to consult you on German tax issues or contact the German tax office on your behalf. But I collaborate with tax consultants to which I can refer you to.
Do you also prepare annual financial statements?
I collaborate with tax consultation offices which can prepare your annual financial statements. Don't hesitate to contact me.
Do you help with exams?
Sorry, but I can't help you with that. But I wish you all the luck for your exam ;)
Which tasks do you not take on?
Since I'm no officiall German Tax Consultant I'm not allowed to work with/talk to the German Tax Office (Finanzamt) on your behalf. Furthermore, due to personal reasons I can't support ebay or Amazon businesses. Please keep that in mind when ordering and avoid a cancellation of our order
