I will generate a list of healthy companies buying property

I have combined HMLAND, PPI and COMPANIES HOUSE datasets into one giant dataset and gave every company who owns property a health and risk score. This is based on a number of factors including

Number of Properties

Number of Mortgages they own

When was the last time they bought property

What is the Mortgage ratio

etc

We can then determine, whether companies are potentially in distress or whether they are potentially active property buyers looking for opportunities.

I am providing county wide data, and im looking for one person per county to see what they can do with it.

Plans are to build a searchable interface, but for now, its a spreadsheet of all columns from across the datasets.
