FAQ
Which AI model do you use?
Claude by Anthropic: Haiku for speed and low cost, Sonnet when answers need more reasoning. The bot runs on your own Anthropic API key, so you own the usage and the data flow. I set a monthly cap so there are no surprises on the bill.
Will the bot make things up?
It answers from your content only (pages, FAQ, PDFs). When a question is out of scope, it says so and offers a contact or a handover. You review the answers before launch and can edit the source content at any time.
Do I need an Anthropic account?
Yes. A free account with billing enabled takes about five minutes, and I will send you a step-by-step guide. For a small business site, typical usage costs a few dollars a month. If you prefer, I can set it up with you on a call.
Can it connect to my booking tool, CRM or database?
Yes, in the Premium package: bookings, lead push to your CRM, order lookups through an API, or reads and writes in Supabase. Tell me the tool before ordering so I can confirm it has an API.
