I specialize in luxury and mid-range listings, as well as vacant land. If you have an entry-level property, message me first and we can talk through whether it is a good fit.
What if I have a tight MLS character limit?
Every MLS is different. Just tell me your character limit when you submit your details and I will write to fit it exactly.
Do you write agent remarks in addition to the public description?
Agent remarks often include legal language and disclosures that require a licensed realtor to review and approve. That responsibility stays with you. I focus exclusively on the public-facing listing description where the copy does the selling.
How do I send you the property details?
After purchase, Fiverr will prompt you to fill out a short intake form with everything I need: property features, specific materials and finishes, neighborhood details, and your MLS character limit. You're also welcome to send me images of the property.
What if I need revisions?
Revisions are included in every package. Just tell me what is not landing and I will rewrite it.
Can you turn this around faster than 24 hours?
