I've been making subliminals for the past three years. For so long I fell into the trap of constantly switching my playlists, being impatient, and getting no results. That was until I started making my own subliminals did I realize what was and what wasn't working for me, and why.

What are subliminals?

Subliminals are positive affirmations that have whispers that are inaudible. They are inaudible because our minds are full of doubts, from what society, our parents, our peers, etc have told us our entire lives, this is our conscious mind. So instead subliminals are made to target the subconscious mind which does not hold as strongly onto these negative beliefs and are easier to change the way that we think.
