How do the packages differ?
Basic aligns formatting. Standard also improves wording, terminology and tone. Premium additionally flags conflicting content and incorporates your confirmed decisions. All packages cover existing HR documents
Can we discuss my documents in a video consultation?
Message me before ordering if you would like a video consultation. We can agree a custom offer and check the available Fiverr call options. A video consultation is not included in the standard packages
What happens if information conflicts or is missing?
In Premium, I highlight conflicting information, ask focused questions and incorporate your confirmed decisions. Unresolved questions stay marked. I do not invent company rules. Basic and Standard focus on formatting and language respectively
Can you create new SOPs or company policies?
These packages cover existing documents. Creating new SOPs, capturing unwritten processes and developing new policies require a separate agreement. Legal review and compliance certification are not included
What counts towards the source limits?
Each package covers up to 5 source pages and 1,000 words in total across your supplied documents. Both limits apply to the source material. Please supply editable files. Larger sets, scanned files and complex forms need a custom offer
What files and revisions will I receive?
You receive editable Word files and PDFs. Basic and Standard include one consolidated revision round; Premium includes two. Revisions cover the agreed scope. Additional documents or new requirements need a separate agreement
Can you work in German and English?
Yes. Each package covers documents in one language: German or English. For bilingual work or translation, message me before ordering so we can agree the scope
