FAQ
What do you need to start?
A role description, up to 5 must-haves, 3 nice-to-haves, priorities and role conditions. If you have no matrix, I propose a simple evidence scale for written approval. Please send no applicant data until the data-handling process is agreed.
Which languages and interview format do you offer?
German or English. Each first interview lasts up to 25 minutes. It explores agreed role requirements, with a written summary and follow-up questions. It is not a technical examination or reference check. The interview channel must be approved before booking.
How do you assess candidates?
I assess job-related evidence against criteria agreed in writing. My default scale is 2 = specific evidence, 1 = partial evidence, 0 = explicit mismatch, U = unknown. Missing information is not treated as failure. I flag assumptions and questions; I do not make automated hiring decisions.
Who arranges interviews?
You arrange appointments unless scheduling is agreed by Custom Offer: $25 for one candidate or $50 for two. Per person: two contact attempts, confirmation with link, one reschedule with 24 hours notice and up to five business days of coordination. Allow seven extra calendar days.
What happens if a candidate cancels or does not attend?
One reschedule with 24 hours notice is included. I wait up to 10 minutes for a no-show. For late cancellation or absence, I offer one replacement slot within the agreed period if feasible. Otherwise we agree an extension or use Fiverr resolution tools; no automatic completed-interview charge.
How are applicant data and interviews handled?
Send no applicant data before clearance. We must agree roles, any required DPA, tools, access locations, transfers and deletion. Fiverr Zoom records calls for 30 days; candidate interviews need a separately approved workflow. GDPR compliance is not assumed.
What is included in revisions and the final decision?
One small factual correction to the delivered documents is included. New criteria, additional assessments and debrief meetings are separate work. I provide evidence and recommendations for next steps. You retain the hiring decision; no successful-hire guarantee is included.
Can I add CVs or interviews?
Yes, for the same role by Custom Offer: up to 5 additional CVs with matrix update $50; one extra 25-minute call with summary $100. Scheduling is separate. A summary is already included with each interview. Expanded criteria or new roles require a separate scope and price.
When does delivery start?
Basic: 3 calendar days; Standard: 7; Premium: 10. Agree candidate availability and the data-handling process before ordering. Fiverr controls the order countdown; changes require an agreed extension. The interview packages cover defined calls, not ongoing recruitment support.
