Can you work from rough notes rather than finished slides?
Yes. Premium includes organizing up to 4,000 words of notes into a logical learning sequence. Basic and Standard require structured content. Please send mixed files or unclear material before ordering so I can confirm the scope.
What exactly counts toward the source and page limits?
Basic: up to 5 slides AND 1,000 source words; Standard: 15 slides AND 3,000 words. Use whichever limit is reached first, including speaker notes. Premium: 4,000 words of notes/documents. Output pages include covers, worksheets and writing space. One topic and audience per order.
Can I choose the format and language?
Yes: workbook, employee guide, checklist or step-by-step aid, within your package's total page limit. I can recommend a format. Each order covers English OR German, with PDF and editable DOCX. Standard includes 2 exercises; Premium 4. Bilingual versions require a custom offer.
What is included in a revision?
One consolidated feedback round for wording, structure or layout within the agreed brief. Basic and Standard include 1 round; Premium 2. A new topic, audience, replacement source material or extra pages changes the scope and needs a separate quote. Please review the draft as one complete document.
Do you create new training courses or approve HR policies?
I adapt your existing expertise into usable materials and develop exercises around it. Full course creation, independent research, legal/compliance review, translation, live delivery and complex illustration are not included. You approve subject accuracy and company-specific policies before use.
