I will build a self updating trading journal dashboard in excel

About this gig
Stop rebuilding your trading journal in a new spreadsheet every month. I'll build you a ready-to-use Excel trading journal and performance dashboard - you paste your trade history into one tab, and every metric traders actually care about (win rate, profit factor, average R-multiple, max drawdown, equity curve) updates automatically, with zero formulas for you to touch.
I'm a professional trader myself, so this isn't a generic budget template - it tracks real risk-management metrics (R-multiples, drawdown from peak) that most basic templates skip.
What you get:
- A "Trade Log" tab with color-coded columns (teal = type here, gray = calculated) plus tooltips on every column
- A one-page Dashboard: 10 key stats, an equity curve chart, and a monthly P&L chart, all formula-driven
- Data validation and input guides, so it's genuinely hard to enter something wrong
- Capacity for up to 300 trades out of the box
- A built-in instructions tab explaining exactly how everything works
Message me before ordering if you want it customized - extra columns, strategy tags, or your historical trades entered for you.

FAQ
Does this work in Google Sheets too?
It's built natively in Excel. Most of it imports cleanly into Google Sheets via File > Import, but I haven't verified every feature carries over perfectly - message me if you need a Google Sheets-native version.
Can you add a custom field?
Yes - message me before ordering so I can confirm scope and timeline.
Will this guarantee profitable trading?
No - it's a tracking and analysis tool, not a signal or strategy. It just makes your own numbers easy to see.
Do you also build the strategy itself, not just track it?
Yes - check out my Pine Script gigs for custom TradingView indicators, full backtested strategies, and debugging/fixing existing scripts.
