I will fix, clean and optimize your 3d model for archviz

About this gig
Important:
Each model is different. I always review files before starting to ensure the best approach.
Is your 3D model showing shading errors, render artifacts, or broken geometry?
Assets from CAD software, cross-app conversions, or manufacturer libraries often come with n-gons, flipped normals, broken UVs, and overlapping faces. I fix and optimize these issues to make your model render-ready.
Archviz-focused I deliver production-ready geometry for rendering and real-time use.
What I fix
· CAD import problems (SolidWorks, Rhino, Revit, STEP, IGES)
· Flipped or broken normals
· Shading and smoothing errors
· Missing or broken UVs
· Uneven texel density
· High-density meshes optimized for performance
Two output types
Subdivision ready: Clean quads with edge/control loops.
Real-time ready: Curvature baked in, polycount optimized.
Get both as a Gig Extra.
Output format
File delivered in FBX/OBJ format.
Complexity guide
Basic: lamps, vases, stools, small props
Standard: chairs, beds, wardrobes, sinks, appliances
Premium: sofas, kitchens, chandeliers, bathroom sets

FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
I work with most standard formats such as FBX, OBJ, MAX, BLEND, STL, GLB, GLTF, and DXF. If your file comes from CAD software (STEP, IGES, DWG, SolidWorks, Rhino), please contact me first so we can discuss the best approach for the conversion.
What is the difference between subdivision-ready and real-time ready?
Subdivision ready meshes have structured control loops to subdivide the mesh smoothly in your software, keeping the base mesh clean and light. Real-time ready meshes have the curvature already built in and are optimized for the lowest possible polycount, the difference is in how are built.
Can I get both output types for the same model?
Yes, add the "Both output types" Gig Extra to your order and I'll deliver both versions.
How do I know which package to choose?
Use the complexity guide in the description as a reference. If you're unsure, message me before ordering with a screenshot or a brief description of your model. I'll tell you exactly which tier applies.
My model comes from Revit or ArchiCAD. Can you work with it?
Yes, but BIM exports have a different kind of complexity than standard 3D assets. Contact me before ordering so I can assess the file and give you an accurate quote.
Do you work on full room scenes or furniture collections?
For full scenes, entire apartment layouts, or collections, contact me for a custom quote.
