I will create a low-voltage PCB design for a load-cell interface based on your sensor type, required supply, output method, display, microcontroller, and enclosure size. Your board can include load-cell connectors, analogue front-end components, ADC interface, microcontroller headers, display connections, buttons, power input, mounting holes, and communication connectors.
