Yes, you'll need an active account on your chosen platform before we begin. I don't create accounts on your behalf, but I'm happy to guide you on which plan makes sense for your goals during our pre-order chat.
Which platform should I use, Circle.so or Mighty Networks?
Both are excellent community platforms, but they serve slightly different needs. Circle.so is ideal for modern, flexible community hubs with strong customization. Mighty Networks shines for course-heavy communities & mobile-first experiences. Message me before ordering & I'll help you decide.
What does a full community setup actually include?
It includes building out your spaces or groups, applying your branding, configuring membership access and permissions, setting up your client onboarding flow, organizing your content structure, and making sure everything is ready to welcome members from day one.
Do you set up paid memberships and billing?
Yes, under Standard and Premium, I configure your membership tiers, access gating, and where applicable, connect payment integrations so your community is ready to generate revenue right from launch.
Is client onboarding setup included?
I'll build out a structured onboarding experience for new members, welcome posts, getting started guides, pinned resources, & available welcome sequences. A strong client onboarding flow makes the difference between members who stick around & members who disappear after day one.
Can you set up a course inside my community?
Absolutely. Both Circle.so and Mighty Networks support native course functionality. I'll structure your modules, configure access, and make sure the course integrates naturally into the overall community experience rather than feeling bolted on.
How much do I need to be involved during the setup process?
Very little. I ask focused questions upfront, handle the build, and check in at key stages. You can step back and focus on your business while I do the work. When it's ready, I'll walk you through everything so you feel confident managing it going forward.
What brand assets do I need to have ready?
At minimum, your logo in PNG or SVG format, your brand color hex codes, and any fonts you use. If you have brand guidelines, even better. If your branding is still a work in progress, I can work with what you have and keep things clean and professional.
