What file types will I receive?
You’ll receive a high-resolution JPG, PNG, or PDF ready for web or print. Editable source files (such as Adobe Illustrator or layered PDF) are available in the Premium package or as an add-on.
What is a data point?
It's a single piece of information. Infographics often have the data point accompanied with an image or icon. For example showing a process step 1, step 2 step 3. Each step could have it's own design and would make up three data points.
What do you need to provide?
- The content. Any text information broken down in the order you want the infographic to appear in. - The content of the infographic in a text document. - Logo/ Website (if available). - Preferred Color Scheme (if any) - Branding guide (if any) - References and examples of infographics you like
What does ‘unlimited revisions’ mean?
You can request as many minor changes as needed until you’re fully satisfied depending on the pricing package you have chosen. Major re-designs or new concepts may require an upgrade or custom offer.
How long does a revision usually take?
This depends, but usually I'll need at least 24-48 hours from when I've received the revision to be able to make the updates. If your timeline is really short let me know so we can work out a solution.
