Months behind on your QuickBooks books? This is the cleanup itself the doing, not a review.
WHAT HAPPENS: I reconcile and categorize your back months in QuickBooks Online, clear stale uncleared items and duplicates, repair the chart of accounts, and deliver clean, current books plus a written summary of what was fixed.
PUBLISHED PRICING: $1,250 base cleanup covering up to 3 months behind; each additional month is $300; the total never exceeds the $3,500 cap. Each package states the months it includes. Your final scope is confirmed after a Cleanup Review or your intake documents I never promise months beyond your package.
ACCESS: invite me to your QBO as an accountant user (revocable any time), or upload statements and reports here. I NEVER ask for your QuickBooks password, bank login, or any password.
NOT INCLUDED: tax preparation or filing, payroll processing, and any CPA attest service. Bookkeeping cleanup only.
LICENSE: your books and summary are yours; Vickery Finance methods remain its property.

FAQ
Do you need my QuickBooks or bank password?
No — never. Either invite Vickery Finance to your QuickBooks Online as an accountant user (an invitation you control and can revoke at any time), or upload your statements and reports in the order. I never hold client credentials, and I will decline them if offered.
How do I know which package fits?
Count from your last fully reconciled, categorized month. Up to 3 months behind = Basic; up to 5 = Standard; further behind = Premium at the cap. Not sure? Order the Cleanup Review Gig first or message me — final scope is confirmed with you before work starts.
What if I'm behind more months than my package includes?
The difference is quoted from the same published schedule — $300 per additional month, total never exceeding the $3,500 cap — and confirmed with you before added work happens. No surprise invoices. If you decline added months, I deliver exactly your package and the summary says what's left.
Is this the same as the Cleanup Review Gig?
No. The Review (Gig 2) is review-only: a findings report and a fixed quote, nothing changed in your books. This Gig is the cleanup itself — reconciling, categorizing, and repairing. The Review is one way to scope this Gig; complete intake documents are the other.
Will you file my taxes or fix past returns?
No. Cleanup makes your books ready for your tax preparer; I don't prepare or file returns under this business, and this is not a CPA attest audit, review, or compilation — I am a CPA candidate, not a CPA.
What do my books look like when you're done?
Every included month reconciled to its statements, transactions categorized, stale and duplicate items cleared, the chart of accounts repaired, and a written summary listing what was fixed and anything that remains open (and why). Monthly bookkeeping afterward is a separate service (Gig 5).
How long does it take, and what do you need from me?
10–21 calendar days depending on tier, counted from when access or complete documents arrive. If statements are missing, I reply once with the specific list; the clock starts when they arrive.
