Do you guarantee Meta will verify my business?
No one can promise that. Meta makes the decision. I make sure your submission meets its criteria and your documents match your business details. If Meta declines, I review the reason and resubmit within your package limits.
What documents do I need?
Your real, current business registration or licence, with a legal name and address that match your Business Portfolio exactly, plus your website, business email and phone. Accepted documents vary by country and business type.
Can you verify a business that isn’t mine?
No. I only work with genuine businesses and the owner’s own documents. I never create or edit documents, never sell verified accounts, and never verify a business that is not yours or has no valid paperwork.
There is no “Start Verification” button. What now?
I check what makes your business ineligible, such as missing business details, an unverified domain or account restrictions, and fix what can be fixed. If Meta is the blocker, I tell you plainly instead of guessing.
How long does it take?
My part takes 3 days (Basic) to 5–7 days (Standard/Premium). Meta’s review can take a few days or several weeks, and I track it and update you. Delivery is not rushed past what Meta controls.
Do you need my passwords?
Never send passwords or login codes. You invite me as a temporary admin from Business Settings, and you remove me when the order ends. Everything stays in your own Business Portfolio under your control.
Do I need verification for WhatsApp Business Cloud API?
Meta generally expects verification to use WhatsApp Business Cloud API beyond starter limits. Premium connects your number and WhatsApp account to your verified Meta Business Suite. Basic and Standard do not include it.
What is not included?
Disabled or restricted ad accounts, banned WhatsApp numbers and personal profile appeals are separate problems and not included. Message me first if you are unsure, and I will say whether I can help.
