You will receive 1 epub, mobi, OR doc file to submit to various ebook distributors. This gig is 1 format per gig; additional formats require ordering additional gigs.
Manuscripts with images are extra.
Embedding table of contents is extra if there are more than 10 items.
Cross-linking your toc is extra if there are more than 10 items.

Sorry, ebooks with text boxes and tables don't seem to work well with EPUB therefore I will not be able to accept your order unless it's for Mobi, PDF, or Doc.
