Is this a real custom build or a template with my logo on it?
A real build. I connect your chatbot or agent to your actual documents, database or APIs using retrieval (RAG), so answers are grounded in your real data. A template wrapper cannot do that - it only knows what the base model already knows.
Which AI models and tools do you use?
OpenAI (GPT) and Claude APIs as the core model, LangChain for orchestration, and Pinecone or Chroma as the vector database when your bot needs to answer from your own documents. I pick the right combination for your actual use case, not a fixed stack.
Can the AI agent actually take actions, not just chat?
Yes. I build tool-calling agents that can look up data, check availability, submit a form, call an external API or trigger a workflow - not just answer questions. Tell me what actions you need and I will confirm feasibility before you order.
Do I need my own OpenAI or Claude API key?
