Do I need to provide concept art or reference images?
Reference images are strongly recommended and will directly improve the quality and accuracy of your character. I can work from concept sketches, photo references, written descriptions, or mood boards. If you only have a rough idea, message me first and we'll define the direction together
Are your models compatible with Unity and Unreal Engine?
Yes. All game-ready deliveries are exported in FBX and GLB formats with clean topology and proper scale, ready to import into both Unity and Unreal Engine without additional setup. If you're using a different engine, let me know in advance and I'll adjust the export settings accordingly.
What's the difference between low poly and high poly, and which do I need?
Low poly models have a reduced polygon count optimized for real-time game performance — ideal for mobile games and indie projects. High poly models carry more geometric detail suited for cinematics, renders, or 3D printing. For most game projects, the Standard package (mid poly + 4K PBR)
Can the model be rigged for animation?
Yes. Basic rigging is included in the Standard package and a full production rig is included in Premium. If you're on the Basic package and need rigging, it's available as a gig extra. Please mention your animation needs upfront so I can factor it into the model's topology.
Are your models suitable for 3D printing?
Yes, with the 3D print optimization add-on. I'll check and correct geometry for manifold surfaces, wall thickness, and structural integrity to ensure a clean print. Please specify your printer type and scale when ordering
How will I receive updates during the project?
I share work-in-progress renders at key stages — typically after the base sculpt, after retopology, and after texturing. This gives you the opportunity to give feedback before the final delivery, reducing the need for revisions.
What happens if I need changes after delivery?
Revisions are included per package (2 for Basic, 3 for Standard, unlimited for Premium). A revision covers adjustments to the existing model based on your feedback. A full concept change after modeling has begun is treated as a new scope and may require a custom offer.
