This is the second time I've employed Michael for troubleshooting problems for my WP site. Both times he's gotten me back up and running. Even though I believe he had exceeded our one hour session, he spent an additional 15 to 20 minutes on the phone to explain everything in detail at no additional cost. From now on he's my go to guy!!!!!
