What does Exclusive mean?
An exclusive license gives you sole rights to your custom track and allows you to release it commercially on any platform, producer credits are appreciated. This beat will not be resold or reused, ensuring it remains unique to you. I retain the copyright for the instrumental, you own the final song.
Do I need to worry about sample clearance?
No, all instrumentals are made with original recordings or royalty-free samples, so you can release your music without needing to clear any samples.
Can you use this sample I found?
You're welcome to send samples or ideas for inspiration. I can use a sample you provide, but you are responsible for clearing it if it is copyrighted. I do not handle sample clearance. We can also explore creating original samples inspired by the sample you have to avoid copyright issues.
Do I get stems?
Stems are available as an add-on. If you need them for mixing or performance, you can include that in your order.
