What happens if I don’t use all my hours?
Unused hours roll over to the next month when re-ordering.
What if I don’t renew the gig, do unused hours carry over or get refunded?
If you choose not to renew/re-order, unused hours don’t carry over to the next month and aren’t refundable. If you renew the gig, any remaining hours from the previous quarter will roll over into your next plan automatically.
