How do I give you access safely?
Through Meta Business Suite or Instagram’s access tools, so you can remove access any time. Check Instagram’s current options, since they change. I never need your password.
Do you use AI to reply?
I use it to draft, but a human (me) reviews every reply before it’s sent.
What happens with complaints or sensitive messages?
I flag them to you and don’t answer them myself, unless you’ve given me a specific script.
Will this grow my followers or sales?
I can’t promise numbers. Faster, friendlier replies help customers feel looked after, and results depend on your content and audience.
What hours do you cover?
Replies are handled once or twice a day, Monday to Friday, in my working hours. It isn’t a real-time live chat. Weekend coverage is available as an extra.
