Companies entered three different ways. The same contact sitting in your database twice. Emails that bounce. Lifecycle stages that were never right. Your reports are wrong, your workflows fire at the wrong people, and the deduplication tool sits behind a higher tier you are not paying for.
I deploy the system that fixes it and keeps it fixed.
The pipeline is installed on your own server and connected to your CRM through the API. It checks every incoming record against what already exists before writing, verifies email addresses, normalises company names, and routes anything ambiguous for review instead of guessing.
Its first run is a full pass over your existing database: duplicates merged against rules you approve, bad records corrected, everything re-scored, with written documentation of every rule applied.
Most cleanups are undone within months because whatever created the mess is still running. This one stays clean because the thing that creates the records is now the thing that validates them.
You own it. Code on your server, accounts in your name, no subscription to me. I never need a login, only a standard API token your admin can revoke.

FAQ
Will you delete anything without asking me?
No. I audit first, propose the merge rules, and you approve them before a single record changes. Nothing is deleted, records are merged. You get a written log of every rule applied so you can see exactly what happened and why.
Do you need my password?
No, and I would refuse it. I work through a standard API token that an admin on your side creates and can revoke at any moment, scoped to only the objects I need. I never see a login or a password at any point.
How long until the duplicates come back?
They do not, and that is the point. A cleanup alone is undone within months because whatever created the mess is still running. The pipeline validates every record before it is written, so the source of the problem is closed.
My database is a mess and I do not know how bad. Can you tell me first?
That is what the first package is for. I audit what is actually in there and send you a written report with the numbers and a plan, and you decide what to do with it. The report is yours either way, even if you stop there.
Which CRMs do you work with?
HubSpot most often, but the work is the same on Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho or a custom database. What changes is which API I write against. Tell me what you are on and I will tell you what is possible on your tier.
Can you build something custom that is not listed here?
Yes, and most of my work is exactly that. Recent builds never published as gigs: a multi-hotel AI guest check-in platform for a US hospitality company, and cold outbound email infrastructure for a UK supplier. Send me your case and I will tell you if I can build it.
