Banking Activities

-      Support in Negotiation with Banks for Credit Facilities (fund based & non-fund based)

-      Arrange Short Term Loans with Banks in addition to the above facilities

-      Other day to day correspondences & liaison

Budgeting & Financial Forecasting & Business

-      Weekly & Monthly forecast of the P&L

-      Prepare the ground work for the Budgets & Mid Review Projections

Finalization of Accounts & Audit

-      Review the TB before closure of the books

-      Ensure accruals & provisions are adequately covered

-      Maintain the schedule for Prepayment Expenses &

     Advances from Customers etc schedules

-      Prepare the Draft Financial Statements and submit to the Statutory Auditors

-      Handle the process of the audit while answering the various queries raised during the course of the Audit

Book Keeping

-      Process the monthly TB
