I will analyze a wide range of omics data

I am currently working as a Post-doctoral researcher in Germany. I have great experience in analyzing multi-omics data ranging from bulk-mRNA sequencing, over metabolomics, whole-genome bisulfit sequencing and methylation arrays, to single-cell RNA sequecing. The technology is advancing very fast in the last decades and more analysis of omics data become available - though not everyone has the time to quarrel with data analysis, especially when time is urgent. Therefore, I offer my service to analyze these data sets.

The basic pack involves traditional analysis, such as PCA, Heatmaps, Venn Diagrams, Volcanos etc. and a list of differentially expressed genes/metabolites for condition comparisons. With the advanced packages, data analysis will go into more depths regarding pathway enrichment analysis for tradtional curated gene annotation sets (e.g. KEGG, GO, REACTOME) and also gene set enrichment analysis - depending what is appropiate for your needs. The Premium Pack includes everything, personalized to your needs - so you can decide what Plots, Analysis or whatever you need.
