What do you need from me to get started?
Upload the source file(s), explain what the data represents, who will use the dashboard, and the questions or KPIs you want it to answer. If you have an example report or preferred visual style, include that too.
Can you help decide which KPIs I should track?
Yes. Tell me how the business operates, who will use the dashboard, and what decisions they need to make. I can recommend useful KPIs from the available data instead of requiring you to design the dashboard first.
Can you clean my data before building the dashboard?
Yes. Basic includes light cleanup. Standard and Premium can include more substantial cleaning, restructuring, mapping, and validation within the package limits.
Can you combine data from multiple files?
Yes. If the files contain fields that can be reliably matched, I can map and combine them. If the relationship is unclear, I will flag it rather than guess.
Can my team update the dashboard after delivery?
Yes. I design dashboards to remain usable after handoff. Standard and Premium can include a refresh-friendly structure so your team can update the underlying data without rebuilding the report.
What if my data is confidential?
You can send a structurally identical sample with replacement values first. If real confidential data is required, we can agree on confidentiality requirements and a local working-file deletion timeline before work begins.
Will you change IDs or fields another system depends on?
Not unless we specifically agree to it. Tell me which IDs, account numbers, SKUs, formulas, column names, system keys, or other protected values must remain unchanged and I will preserve them.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a reasonable adjustment within the original requirements. New data sources, KPIs, pages, business rules, redesigned logic, or materially changed requirements are additional scope.
Do you also build Power BI dashboards?
Yes, but this gig is scoped for Excel and Google Sheets. Send me the Power BI requirements and I can tell you whether a custom offer or separate project is the better fit.
What if my project is larger than these packages?
Send me the approximate file count, row count, data sources, required KPIs/pages, desired platform, and deadline. I can recommend the right package or create a custom offer.
