About this Gig
Google Ads cannot see what happens after the click. The form fill becomes a phone call, the phone call becomes a closed deal, and Google Ads never knows. Your bid strategy optimizes for top-of-funnel conversions while real revenue happens silently in your CRM days or weeks later.
I build offline conversion tracking architecture for B2B SaaS, lead-gen agencies, real estate, and high-ticket service businesses. The work is GCLID capture, CRM sync, automated upload to Google Ads, and full visibility into the revenue Google Ads is actually generating downstream.
What you get:
GCLID capture via GTM (cookie + URL parameter handling)
Google Sheets sync with conversion data
CRM integration: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel (Standard+)
Zapier or webhook automation for hands-off uploads
Enhanced Conversions for Leads integration (Premium)
Multi-CRM mapping with custom field automation (Premium)
Validation: see uploaded conversions in Google Ads UI within 24 hours
Platforms: Any website, any CRM. WordPress, custom builds, no-code stacks.

FAQ
Why do I need Offline Conversion Tracking (OCT)?
Standard tracking only records the initial lead (like a form fill). OCT allows you to "tell" Google Ads which of those leads actually turned into a sale or a high-value customer. This helps the Google algorithm find more people likely to buy, not just people likely to click.
What is a GCLID and why is it important?
The Google Click ID (GCLID) is a unique string passed in the URL when someone clicks your ad. It contains all the data about the keyword, campaign, and match type. We must capture this ID to link an offline sale back to the specific click that generated it.
Do I need a CRM to make this work?
Not necessarily! While OCT works great with CRMs like Salesforce or Hubspot, I can set up a Google Sheet to act as your tracking hub. You simply update the lead status in the sheet, and the data is synced to Google Ads.
Can this track phone calls made from my ads?
Yes. By capturing the call details and linking them to the user session, we can import call conversions (like "Consultation Booked" or "Service Sold") directly into your Google Ads dashboard.
Is my data secure during this process?
Absolutely. We use secure upload methods (often via hashed data or API) and comply with privacy standards. The setup ensures that only the necessary conversion data is shared with Google to optimize your bidding strategy.
