I have spent the last 5 years formatting author’s manuscripts with great results. I’ve transformed their manuscript into professional and error free pdf, mobi and epub. All of these have been uploaded to ebook platforms (KDP, iBooks, Nook, Kobo, Google Play, etc…) and print distributors with no problems.

FAQ
Do you deliver Word Doc? What file formats do you give as part of the delivery?
No, I do not use Word to format. My software does not output DOCS. EPUB and MOBI for ebooks and PDF for Print On Demand. I do not deliver fixed-format PDF ebook. If you would like the source file, this will depend on the order. I use different software for different orders.
Can you format picture books?
I'm sorry, but I can't help you.
Do you format fiction, poetry and non-fiction books?
I format fiction - I may be able to help with poetry and non-fiction. Contact me before ordering as poetry/non-fiction books can be tricky and may cost more.
How do your handle ebooks for different ebook stores?
This is for authors who aren’t using Kindle Unlimited but upload their ebook to all platforms e.g. iBook and Kobo. Each platform has its own gotchas that I handle. If you include links to your other books, you want these links to be to the platform the reader is on - for your reader's convenience.
Can you amend the cover (e.g. update the blurb or add a barcode)?
Unfortunately, I cannot help with this. I only offer manuscript formatting services.
What fonts do you use?
For PDF for Print, I only use the following fonts. I cannot use any other fonts. Athelas, Baskerville, Cochin, Crimson Text, Fanwood, Hoefler Text, Iowan Old Style, Palatino, Times New Roman. For ebook, I use the ebook default Times New Roman. The user chooses the font on their own ereader.
You've formatted/started formatting my book but I need to change the text. How does this work?
I can update formatted manuscripts for a charge. Before formatting, a manuscript should have been given to beta readers, developmental, line and copy editing, and proofread. As such, at the start of an order, a manuscript is considered to be final and complete. Please contact me for a quote.
Does this gig include any editing/proof reading?
No. I am a formatter only. Formatting only includes setting the text ready for print and into ebook. The manuscript must be fully complete, edited (development, line and copy) and proof read when you deliver it to me - any text changes from that point on will incur an extra cost.
What are the options for paragraph separation and page numbering?
As per industry norm, page numbers either: starts at the first chapter of the book (books sold mostly in US) or first page of book (for EU books). Either is accepted. Paragraph separation is either: indented (for fiction) or line spaced (for non-fiction). This must be applied uniformly in a book.
What won't you format?
I don't format page borders, colored text, footnotes, or back-of-book indexes. I can format tables and text boxes, though these are hard to do in ebook so please contact me first. I only use 1 font in the body text.
