FAQ
Which cloud platforms do you support?
I support AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, along with Linux VPS and dedicated server environments.
What counts as one issue in the Basic package?
One clearly defined problem in one environment, involving up to approximately two hours of investigation and implementation.
Can you handle an urgent production outage?
Yes, subject to availability. Please message me first with the error, affected services and business impact.
Can you configure Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD?
Yes. I work with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible and cloud-native deployment services.
Will you need administrative access?
Access depends on the task. Temporary least-privilege IAM, SSH, repository or control-panel access is preferred and should be revoked after delivery.
Are AWS, Azure or GCP usage charges included?
No. Package prices cover my professional services. Cloud-provider, licence and third-party service charges remain the buyer’s responsibility.
