I utilize industry-leading providers such asOpenStreetMap, Bing Maps and ESRI ArcGIS geocoding services. These are reliable, widely used, and suitable for large-scale processing without the costs associated with paid APIs.
Do you perform geocoding manually?
No. The process is automated using Python scripts, which allows efficient processing of large datasets while maintaining consistency and reproducibility.
Can you provide a map of the results?
Yes. I can deliver data in formats compatible with mapping tools like CSV for Google My Maps or KML for Google Earth. I also offer a separate service for creating advanced interactive web maps using Leaflet or Mapbox. Please contact me for a combined quote if you need a custom visualization.
How many records can you process?
I can process datasets ranging from a few records to large datasets (thousands or more). Standard package includes up to 1000 records.
Do you clean or standardize address data?
Yes, I perform address standardization with the larger packages. Basic cleaning and formatting is included. For complex data cleaning or normalization, this can be discussed as an additional requirement.
Do you provide batch processing for large datasets?
Yes. The workflow is designed for batch processing and can handle large volumes efficiently.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. All data is processed locally or through secure services and is not shared with third parties. I will delete data 72 hours after the order is finzlized and am happy to sign an NDA if needed.

How do you handle addresses with multiple matches?
I prioritize "High Confidence" results. If an address is ambiguous, I can flag it for your review or provide the best possible accuracy (street/postcode/city)
Do you offer updates if my list changes?
Since I delete all data 72 hours after delivery for security reasons, I do not keep your files long-term. However, if you have an updated list or new rows within that 72-hour window, I can quickly process them. For later updates, you will need to re-upload the file.
