FAQ
Can you guarantee that Google will index my pages?
No. I can diagnose and fix eligible technical issues, but Google makes the final crawling and indexing decisions. My service covers the agreed audit, technical fixes when included, and a report - not guaranteed indexing or rankings.
Can you fix Crawled - currently not indexed and Discovered - currently not indexed?
I can investigate these statuses and check for crawlability, technical, content, and internal linking issues. They do not always indicate a technical error. I will recommend or implement eligible fixes within your package, but I cannot guarantee indexing.
What is included in your Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?
Basic: Audit up to 10 URLs and receive a prioritized report. No fixes included. Standard: Audit up to 20 URLs, implement up to 5 agreed fixes, and receive a validation report. Premium: Audit up to 50 URLs, implement up to 12 agreed fixes, and receive a validation report.
How long does it take to fix Google Search Console indexing issues?
My package delivery times are listed in the Pricing section. Technical fixes are completed within the agreed scope and delivery period, provided the required access is available. Google may take additional time to recrawl or index pages after delivery.
What do you need from me to get started?
Please provide your website URL, affected URLs, website platform, and relevant Google Search Console screenshots or reports. For implementation packages, I may also need appropriate CMS and Search Console access. Please use secure permissions rather than sharing your personal password.
Do you work with WordPress, Shopify, and other websites?
I can audit indexing issues across different website platforms. Implementation depends on your CMS, available permissions, and the specific issue. Please share your website URL before ordering if you use Shopify, a custom CMS, or a complex setup.
Are XML sitemap and robots.txt fixes included?
Basic includes an audit and recommendations only. Standard and Premium include eligible XML sitemap and robots.txt corrections when needed. These corrections count toward the package's agreed fix limit.
What if my website has more affected URLs or complex technical issues?
Please message me before ordering. Each package has a defined URL review and fix limit. I can assess additional requirements and provide a custom offer if the work is within my service scope. Complex server development, migrations, and penalty recovery are excluded.
