1. Build financial model in excel including forecast of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
2. Understand if this is a growth investment or a value investment
3. Understand company has stable and growing return track record or not
4. Is the company financially disciplined or not.

Qualitative Analysis

1. Porter five forces
2. Assess the quality of the management team
3. Evaluate the customer expierience
4. What is demand and supply gap in the industry

Valuation

1. Consider DCF, Relative P/E, EV/EBITDA, Price to sale, Profit valuation
2. Is the investment expensive , cheap or fairly
3. Are these undervalued stocks
