1. Will my logo still be recognizable?
Yes. Before designing, I ask what your customers already recognize and keep those elements. Standard and Premium include a short note on what I kept, refined and replaced.
2. Can you completely redesign it?
Yes. Choose “major redesign” in the order form and I’ll explore a bigger change.
3. I only have a JPG or PNG. Is that enough?
Yes. I rebuild the logo from scratch as vector artwork, so you don’t need a source file.
4. What files will I receive?
Vector files (AI, SVG, PDF, EPS), transparent PNG, and JPG. Standard and Premium add variations, social assets, guidelines and mockups.
5. How is this different from vectorizing or editing my logo?
Vectorizing copies the logo as it is. I redesign it: typography, spacing, geometry, proportions, symbol and color are improved. If you only need a conversion, message me before ordering.
6. Can you keep my existing icon?
Yes. I can keep it as is, refine its proportions, or rebuild it more cleanly.
7. Can you redesign only the typography?
Yes. Message me first and I’ll recommend the right package.
8. Do you use AI to design the logo?
Final logos are drawn and reconstructed by hand as vector artwork. I don’t deliver raw AI-generated designs.
