How many revisions do I get?
Until We get to the perfection you want, I will keep going. So it's unlimited!
What If I am not satisfied with the work?
Simple! You get 100% refund.
What is needed from me to get you started?
These are the most important requirements that you must send me: the exact content (in text format - Word or txt.), the instructions, the size and orientation. And here are some optional requirements: logo, photos (related to your job, something specific), the predominant colors.
How soon you get back with the work?
I'll get to you as soon as I can within the hours mentioned in the package you purchase or if you had a chat with me to delivery sooner with the Gig Extra purchased!
Can you also create the content/text, besides the design?
In case you want me to do them, I will! Certainly with more time and extra cost is needed, and your assistance as well.
Can you send me the order faster than the initial turnaround time?

Do your packages have the design for the back side included as well?
Only the DIAMOND Package has the design included for the back side. You should order the Gig Extra for the back side if you choose the SILVER/GOLD Package. And if you have already ordered without the extra gig for the back side, you can ask me to send you an additional price quote for that.
Can you provide me the design in a Word or Power Point format?
Unfortunately, no. In my design process, I specialize in utilizing Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Therefore, I'm unable to provide the design in Word or PowerPoint format.
Why my order was completed without asking me?
Please keep in mind that all orders will be auto-completed (by Fiverr, NOT by myself) 3 days after deliveries, unless you click on the "request modification" button. So if the order is already completed, please send me a message (in message section) regarding the order! I will be right here!
