Only for the first run to download the Docker images and AI model (~5 GB). After that it works fully offline.
Does it send my documents to OpenAI?
Never. The AI model runs locally on your own machine. No data leaves your network.
What computer does it need?
Works on any Windows 10/11 or macOS machine with Docker. 8 GB RAM minimum, 16 GB recommended for good speed.
Can I change the company name?
Yes — edit one line in company_config.env and restart.
Can you add a login/password?
Yes, as a paid add-on — HTTP Basic Auth or API key middleware can be added in ~1 hour
