FAQ
What information do I need to provide to get started?
You will need to provide your business/brand name, tagline or established date (if applicable), preferred colors, design style preferences, and any reference images or rough sketches you have.
What is included in the Vector / Source File?
Vector source files (AI, EPS, SVG) allow you to scale your badge logo to any size—from a small sticker to a large billboard without losing quality or sharpness. They are fully editable and essential for professional printing.
What is a 3D Mockup?
A 3D mockup is a visual preview showing how your badge logo will look in real life on materials like stamped leather, apparel, embroidered patches, or storefront signage.
What does the Social Media Kit include?
The Social Media Kit includes your finalized badge logo perfectly sized for profile pictures and cover banners across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)
What if I need adjustments after receiving the design?
Depending on your package, you get multiple or unlimited revisions. You can request tweaks to fonts, layout, or color schemes until you are completely satisfied with the result.
Do you use templates or stock icons?
No. Every badge and emblem is created from scratch to match your specific brand vision and requirements.
